Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShipMyPosts (the "Service"), operated by ShipMyPosts ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

ShipMyPosts helps you create, schedule, publish and boost LinkedIn posts. It analyses sources you provide (links to podcasts, videos, articles, your own posts), interviews you, and generates draft posts, images and carousels using artificial-intelligence models. You review and control every post before it is published.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You may connect a LinkedIn account that you own or are authorised to manage. Publishing happens through LinkedIn's official API, only with your authorisation, and only for posts you have scheduled or approved.

3. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the sources you upload, your interview answers, and the posts you publish. You grant us a licence to process this content solely to provide the Service (transcription, analysis, generation, storage, publishing on your behalf).
  • Generated posts are drafts produced from your material. You are responsible for reviewing them and for everything you publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with LinkedIn's terms and applicable law.
  • You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content, or content that violates LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies.

4. Plans, trials and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that requires a payment card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan is charged automatically. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Boosts (real reactions delivered to a post) are purchased per post at the price displayed, charged to the card on file when you confirm. Removing a boost before the post publishes, or deleting the post, refunds the boost automatically.
  • Plan limits (posts per month, sources, regenerations) are described on the pricing page and may evolve; we will not reduce the limits of a plan you have paid for during the period you paid for.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Boosts and third-party delivery

Boosts are delivered by a partner service that provides reactions from real LinkedIn members. Delivery is on a best-effort basis; "accepted" does not guarantee an exact count or timing. We never use fake accounts or automated engagement. You remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms.

6. Acceptable use

You will not: reverse-engineer the Service; use it to send spam or scrape LinkedIn; circumvent plan limits; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to access other users' data; or use the Service in a way that could harm it or others.

7. AI-generated content

Drafts are produced by AI models from your material and instructions. We design the Service to avoid inventing facts, but AI output can be inaccurate. You must review drafts before publishing. We make no warranty about the performance, reach or outcome of any post.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Scheduled posts that cannot be published because LinkedIn is unavailable, or because your LinkedIn authorisation has expired, are retried and you are notified.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. On termination we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
